@FFOX and @Supplement Pro : You're right. If you have master pages, you should place the piece of jQuery code inside the master page. In the solution I worked with, I put it also inside the master page. Thanks for that extra comment!

Actually, Launchy does recognize *.appref-ms files. The trick is that you have to add this file extension to the right directory. ClickOnce applications can place the Application Reference file (appref-ms) in "C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Start Menu" and not in "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu"

Make sure you're using the latest version of Launchy and that you know which directories to add the correct file types to.

Its a beautiful solution for my ASP.net project. I was wondering around at Internet and finding such kind of solution. Its work perfect.
but sorry to say that and no offence. what 'Supplement Pro' said was useful. We need to move that script part in our Master Page's script section. If not, will be an error at the script. At first, I also do the same and got error and stuck at there. Only after reading the comments section i found that link and move my script to Master script portion and its working. One thing to take note is don't give the same name in different page, if not, it will pop up lovely jQuery DatePicker :)

Could you please tell how can I replace i3 theme search box into google search box? I have tried and put code into side panel. But When I tried to login,it given 404 error. I also tried to add code in master page (in place of i3theme search) but then sign in button is not working?

I am not sure. You can add some code to your form, but the limitations are more on control type level. You cannot use all controls on a InfoPath form when you want to use it in a browser.
But programming should be a problem. It will be more deploying the dll and so, but I don't have experience with that yet.
